Gond art comes from Madhya Pradesh's Gond tribal community, where every line, dot, and dash is drawn freehand to fill an animal or forest form completely - no blank space left untouched, a technique tribal artists developed to represent the rhythm and interconnectedness of nature itself. This coaster set brings that same dense, rhythmic patterning onto wood, usually featuring animal motifs from the Gond visual vocabulary.
