Shipping policy

The items in stock are generally shipped within 3 working days after receiving the payment. Items not in stock will be shipped within 7-10 working days after receiving the payment. Customised orders and bulk orders shall be shipped on mutually agreed timelines. For specific timelines for each product, please refer to the product page. The time specified in the product page will supersede any timelines mentioned above.

Only items that are damaged during transport can be exchanged. Any damages during the transport should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the item. You can mail us @ contactus@ethniichic.com or WhatsApp @ +91 99002 38882 along with the images or videos of the damaged items. The item can be returned back to us and we will replace the item as soon as possible at our cost. There is no cash back or refund, unless we are unable to replace the item.

Exchange of an item because of size misfits or for alternate designs/colours, may incur additional item costs, if any, and additional shipping costs.

If the item is available in stock and is eligible for exchange the same shall be shipped with 5 to 7 working days from receiving the returned product at our address.

We accept domestic Credit cards and Debit cards, UPI and Net banking from the Website. You can also do Direct Bank transfer or Paypal (if you are an international customer. Additional charges apply for Paypal).

For international shipments, the shipping costs should be taken from us over an email or over Whatsapp. The shipping charges mentioned in the billing page is applicable only for deliveries within India.

Buyers are responsible for customs and import duties that may apply in their home or receiving country. Ethniichic will not refund any money on account of customer not accepting delivery on the account of such duties. We will also not be responsible for delays caused by local custom authorities.
