Yes — EthniiChic accepts custom work, bulk orders, up-cycling and corporate gifts. Details can be discussed via contact.

What is the typical order processing time?

Items in stock are generally shipped within 3 working days after payment. Items not in stock or customised may take 7-10 working days or longer, based on the product.

What payment methods are accepted?

Within India you can pay by credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking, direct bank transfer. For international customers PayPal is available. Please write to contactus@ethniichic.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, EthniiChic do ship internationally. International shipping costs shall be communicated via email or WhatsApp (The given domestic shipping rates apply only to India).

What is your return or exchange policy?

Exchanges are only possible if items are damaged during transport. Report damage within 48 hours via e=mail / WhatsApp with images or videos to arrange an exchange.

We are based out of Whitefield, Bangalore but we don't have a physical store. We deliver globally.

Most products are made from wood, hand-painted surfaces, metal bases, or up-cycled materials. Please check each product’s detail page for specifics.

Are your products environmentally friendly or up-cycled?

Yes — most the products are made of wood and hence environment friendly; up-cycling old furniture or décor is also one of the services offered.

How can I track my order?

After order is placed, you’ll receive an email with the order details. You can login to the account and see the same also with the latest status. If not, contact support with the order details

What happens if my product is lost or damaged in transit?

Since only items damaged during transport are eligible for exchange, if lost or found damaged, you should notify the support team promptly; terms apply.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order is not yet fulfilled/shipped, you may request cancellation via support. Custom or personalised work may not be cancellable.

What taxes or duties apply for international shipping?

International customers may be liable for import duties / taxes based on their country. EthniiChic will quote shipping cost but cannot control local customs.

Are the photographs of products exactly what I receive?

Hand-painted items may vary slightly in colour, finish or brush-stroke as each piece is unique. Expect craft-variations rather than mass uniformity.
