1How long is the order processing time?
The items in stock are generally shipped within 3 working days after receiving the payment. Items not in stock will be shipped within 7-10 working days after receiving the payment. Customised orders and bulk orders shall be shipped on mutually agreed timelines.
2How do I make an exchange?
Only items that are damaged during transport can be exchanged. Any damages during the transport should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the item. You can mail us @ email@example.com or WhatsApp @ +91 99002 38882 along with the images of the damaged items. The item can be returned back to us and we will replace the item as soon as possible at our cost. There is no cash back, unless we are unable to replace the item. Exchange of an item because of size misfits or for alternate designs/colours, may incur additional item costs, if any and additional shipping costs.
3What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit cards, Debit cards from the Website. You can also do Direct Bank transfer or Paypal (if you are an international customer).
